What our clients say
See St. Petersburg with a local friend! – this is our motto.
The concept of our Russian-German family-run travel agency is based on an individual approach to EVERY client. We will customize your personal itinerary according to YOUR wishes, desires, and special needs. Our goal is to make you feel safe, free, confident and happy in all the Baltic cities you visit. My name is Viktoria Rother. I have 25 years of travel industry experience and I know all the specifics of tourism inside and out. I have worked for major tour operators in St. Petersburg and in Berlin whose speciality was organising tours for travelers from the USA, Europe, South Africa, Australia and Asia.
I currently run our company’s office in St. Petersburg, while my husband Steffen runs our Berlin office. Together we make sure to provide all services on time and according to the confirmed itinerary you have booked with us. When your cruise ship has docked at St. Petersburg port, you can be sure, that I/your guide and driver are standing there waiting for you with an SPB-Tours sign and a big smile [which is not usual in Russia!]. Immediately you’ll get a feeling of meeting a friend. And this is what we are aiming at. Our goal is to offer the best service at an affordable price. We know what the standards of services in Europe, America, and elsewhere are. Our team consists of the open-hearted, flexible, knowledgable, friendly, experienced, reliable and easy-going people.
WE TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY WE WANT TO BE TREATED!
